Arrived home after 7 hrs on the road and Eulalie is now safely tucked up on the patio at home. Many thanks for providing the local knowledge of your home island Bute, it was certainly an interesting but tiring 750 mile round trip, plus the ferry over to Bute ( Most surprised when the sat nav showed an image of the ferry on the screen when i drove on.

Most impressed with what we saw of the island and the people we met and spoke to, very friendly.

Not sure yet whether i will be keeping Eulalie or not, the partnership purchase with my son may have floundered due to an unexpected cash shortfall on his behalf due to a repair required on the gearbox on his recently purchased used Volvo.
