Looks great Christian.  We hope to be launching our Storm15 "Robin" (storm 15 build low bentham thread) tomorrow,  forecast doesn't look quite as nice as your photo though.

Yeah! From where did you capture the photo ?

Sometimes pics reflects what we want to and not the words!

Rachel,

the photo was taken by my wife at the mouth of the Yealm Estuary in Devon.

Hi, Steve.

How did you get on?

Hi Tony,

the launch went pretty well.  We had planned to meet up with a member of the Craven Sailing Club at Embsay reservoir after the day's sailing.  It turned out to be very foggy and not much wind,  so although the club sailing was cancelled we did get Robin onto the water.  Ideally it would have been good to have someone to take the pictures but as it was just the three of us, photos was the last thing on our mind.

Our S15 Robin did perform very well and the almost absence of wind was beneficial to my wife, on her first venture in a sailboat.

As we pushed Robin into the water with my wife on board (to spare her getting wet feet),  a few nervous glances were exchanged but once I got on board and got moving under sail,  it went very well.  Due to the fog we were soon out of sight of land.  I think we will do a more elaborate launch in the spring.
