Slightly off track but one modification to Robin S15 that worked very well during my brief excursion on Ullswater at the weekend, to prevent the CB from riding up when ploughing through the water at top speed.
This is a simple and elegant solution, namely glueing half round expanded neoprene to each inside edge of the cb case, underneath the cb case cover. Once in place it makes the cb a little stiff to set fully down but wherever it is set, it stays put. I can now bin my temporary bungee cord which tended to jam in the slot when the board was raised.
The rubber is fairly tough, so should last quite a while.
