Title: Looking for a BC20 owner!
Post by: Lara on 09 Feb 2018, 09:23
Hello everyone

I wonder if there is a Bay Cruiser 20 owner in the south of England who would be happy to have a chat with someone who is very interested in commissioning a build with us?  We would be very appreciative if there is anyone who could help as we don't have a demonstrator and the BayCruiser 20 is one of a kind so not easily comparable to any other boats out there - it's always helpful to at least speak to someone who sails a boat that you're interested in if you can't get to see/sail one in person.

If anyone can help I'd be ever so grateful - many thanks in advance

Lara

Hi Lara,
I would like to suggest Hero Member Peter Taylor may be a useful contact. I would also suggest the prospective owner is directed to his website which gives a comprehensive guide and the benefits of his extensive experience with Swallow Yachts and his ownership of his Bay Cruiser 20. Reference www.seatern.uk

Hi Lara
If the prospective BC20 owner would like another opinion to suplement Peter Taylor’ s compendious knowledge of the boat I would be happy to share my thoughts. Please feel free to give him my phone number and email address. The boat is in my garden in south Devon 4 miles from Exeter. I am a fan of the Torqeedo 1003 electric outboard, which I know didn’t suit Peter Taylor’s needs.

Is be happy to show her/him around Daisy Grace, if Stroud or Poole was a convenient location .
