I am contemplating running the Teifi Rally next year over the W/E of the 20th / 21st of June 2015. I think I have agreement for this date from the Teifi Boating Club and the tide is reasonable.
What is the level of interest likely to be?

Everything else being equal, count me in please, Gareth. Everyone else, rally (excuse pun) round! - especially if you haven't been before.

Great weather on the Teifi for a first sail of the season today - providing you have radar to cope with the mist!

Just a couple of local boats registered for the Teifi rally (20th - 21st June) at the moment. Any other takers out there?

Here (below) is my view of the rally, taken this morning just before I slunk home with my tail between my legs. I got stuck broadside across quite a strong current and did various unspeakable things to my centreboard. Luckily (for me), Matt was around so that I could disturb his Saturday morning and get some metalwork re-straightened. I am now home with the boat, ready to epoxy and re-assemble everything before Mylor. To misquote Nietzsche, that which doesn't destroy my boat makes it stronger.
From up on the cliffs, it looked like they were having fun...

Thanks for the picture Graham
I am so sorry you damaged Turaco III before we really got going. Matt told me he was going to be in Cardiff - so you did well to catch him.
We have had a good rally with some exhilarating 'racing' today - won by Ristie - just in front of a Wayfairer.

Just like to add my thanks to Gareth and the TBC for their hospitality and for laying on, what was for me, a great introduction to Rallying!
I was looking to upload some photos to the gallery but couldn't get in this morning? Will try again later. Attached are a couple of photos:
