Chris Smith, who many of you will know from Sail Caledonia and also from Lake Bala last year, is organising a DA rally on August 9/10. He has asked me to pass on an invitation to any Swallow Boaters who might like to join him in North Wales. Details are on the DA website http://www.drascombe-association.org.uk/events.php.
If anyone would like to come he would be grateful for a quick response - the entry form is attached and can be emailed to him at chris4boundary at gmail dot com. That said, as few if any of you are members of the DA, he would probably be happy just to hear from you by email without the form. You should also let him know if you would like a place for a meal at the White Lion on the Friday night or at the Bryntirion Inn on Saturday night.
Being a Drascombe event, it will be very friendly and welcoming, and possibly a little less competitive than some of our fixtures!
