Title: Do Swallow Boats have Portsmouth ratings?

Hi All,
          Does anyone know what the Portsmouth rating would be for a GRP BayRaider 20?

There was a posting on this in 2009 but unfortunately the bits with the relevant information are no longer there because "User declined moving his post to this website".  Julian was on the other side of the conversation, so he may remember what was said.
