Title: Bay cruiser 23

I am considering a Bay Cruiser 23. Tried emailing the manufacturer no word.
I wonder about seaworthiness of hull design. Fine in light conditions (which all videos appear to show) but what about when it gets seriously ugly? Is this boat fit for offshore use in heavy seas?

I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen a marketing video of any boat that was filmed in less than ideal conditions!

You’re more likely to get unvarnished opinions from BC23 owners on this forum.  I expect that Rob Johnstone, who sailed his boat around Britain, can tell you a tale or two about sailing offshore.  This is his blog about it http://vagabond-round-britain.blogspot.com/.
