Bay cruiser 23

I am considering a Bay Cruiser 23. Tried emailing the manufacturer no word.
I wonder about seaworthiness of hull design. Fine in light conditions (which all videos appear to show) but what about when it gets seriously ugly? Is this boat fit for offshore use in heavy seas?

I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen a marketing video of any boat that was filmed in less than ideal conditions!
