BayRaider Expedition 001 for sale - NOW SOLD

Now our new BC23 has arrived we need to sell Grace. Grace is the first BayRaider Expedition; she was the Southampton Boat Show boat in 2011. We have owned her since 2014 and have dry sailed her, storing her under a full cover. She has many options:

Copper-coated hull
PermaTeak on seats
Self-tacking jib
Spinnaker
Reefing lines led to clutches on cabin roof, for easier reefing
Spray-hood
Cockpit tent, which zips to spray-hood
Sleeping slats for cockpit
Full set of cabin cushions

6hp Mariner outboard with high thrust prop (new in 2016)
Two piece, long oars for efficient rowing on raids

Combined masthead navigation and anchor lights

Hi,
this is a very interesting boat for me. Unfortunately it is far away (I am living near Bremen, Germany). A colleague and I want to have a small mobile sailing boat, which can be used with our families.
My question would be what will be the price of it.
The boats we have in mind are for example Crabber 17, Gazelle des Iles and the BayRaider marks the upper end regarding size, but it seems to be the one with best sailing behaviour.

Were they water ballasted from the beginning or did that come later.
The mast looks like alumnium ?
How do you charge the Li battery ?
