Tony

We called at Carsington, for lunch last Tuesday, only to find the island had turned into a peninsular.
Probably you are a thirsty lot in Derbyshire.

Terry Cross “IONA”

PS  Micheals “CASANDRA” looks great

Hi, Terry.
I presume you were at the Visitors Centre as the Sailing club is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Had you been around on Wednesday you would have seen my CBL and a Post Boat sailing - occasionally offering moral support to an extremely wet safety boat driver. (He would probably preferred Rum)- in a f4 with added drizzle. Still managed 4.8 Knots at one point but will now have to dry out sails and stuff to avoid the dreaded Black Mould.
If you are likely to be in the area again bring a dry suit and come for a sail.

RE:- Thirsty lot in Derbyshire.... I am thinking of fitting wheels as if they take much more water we will be able to walk across to the pub.

Yes "Casandra" looks the business. I expected no less! Still cant work out how the sheeting system works, though.
