What Swallow boat is this?

I saw this in photo's from the boat show at Beals park. Any ideas?  ???

Looks good - any more pics please? I've never bespoke a boat. What's the difference between those and the standard boats - are bespoke just to individual order, and the others produced whether there's a previous order waiting for it or not?
