I was out sailing in the Fal estuary on Monday 29th June in my BR17. I seldom see any other Swallow boats, but this week I counted at least six! Great to see. I think we outnumbered the Cornish Shrimpers for a change.
PS the weather was almost perfect. A steady force 3 from the south and sun in the afternoon. What more could you want? I had to beat out through the estuary against wind and tide but made the Helford River on one tack from Pendennis Head and broad reached back. Perfect!
