I would be grateful for advice / experience.
I have my BR20 moored in a muddy creek on the North Norfolk coast. I am using my Swallow boat's mooring cover to keep the bird poo off the cockpit and main sail. However, I am finding putting the mooring cover on very hard work on my own, from in the boat and then sitting in the dinghy.
So although it is not ideal protection I am thinking of getting a mainsail cover that I could put horizontal from the gooseneck, over the gaff+sail+boom and then with it all tied to the mizzen.
Anybody got experience with this? Have you used the Swallow boat's boom cover or one from another source?
