Baycruiser Byron Handicap
« on: 20 Sep 2019, 09:52 »
My club Carsington does some cruiser racing and decided to try using Byron Software handicaps. I applied for a handicap for Gracenote and thought you might like to use it. The handicap they came up with is 1082 with ballast and 1065 without. I ran the results passed Matt who said it looks about right although he commented that the edisp (empty displacement) in the boat specs assumes a stripped down boat without outboard, anchor etc.

Hope it might be of use.

That's interesting.

I was foolish enough to declare my jib stick on my BRex and Byron gave me 1071!
