October in warmer parts of France?
« on: 09 Aug 2020, 11:30 »
We are looking for a dinghy cruising destination for October with warmer weather, the possibility of a rental house/flat ashore and interesting small boat sailing. We will be going from our home in Devon.

Has anyone cruised the French coast west of Marseilles toward the Spanish border?

We would also consider lakes in France for warmer continental weather.....

We are looking at France because, at present anyway, they will allow the US wife of a UK citizen (me).  Other than Italy, EU countries are otherwise still banning US citizens.

We will be sailing our Swallow Bayraider.
Thanks for any advice.
