Congratulations to Matthew for making the front cover of the Dinghy Cruising Association’s quarterly journal.  He was sailing his homebuilt ‘Hilda’, not a Swallow, but you can’t have everything.

Thanks Graham.  I agree a Swallow Boat would make an even better cover photo for the DCA journal.  Hilda was partly inspired by Michael Rogers's delightful Cavatina, a SB Trouper, and other small Swallow Boat designs, unfortunately mostly now out of production - or are they?

Can we use this post as a shameless plug for more Swallow Boat owners to join the DCA?  The DCA organise informal rallies in all regions of the UK and even in Europe, usually in beautiful and sometimes challenging waters, with a wide variety of boats and always friendly and helpful crews.
