Took delivery of s/v Corvus 11 months ago. Coming out of winter I need to touch up the utile rail where the cover rubbed.
In Cardigan during build the folks at Swallow applied Sikken Cetol Filter 7: color TEAK to the woodwork.
The unfortunate thing is that the boat is in the USA where Interlux and Sikken name their products differently!
I've got an email in to Sikken asking that they confirm which US product directly corresponds to Filter 7, but thought I'd toss this to the forum to see if there was any knowledge available.
I've gone through the MSDS and product sheets but they are based on different regulatory structures so do not use the same nomenclature or product codes!
Anyone encountered this going one way or the other across the Atlantic?
