I love my wooden Bayraider 20, "Pippin" which I have hugely enjoyed cruising and racing in Spain, Ireland, Scotland and the West Country. She is also the near ideal "raid" boat now with carbon oars.
I am looking to duplicate her in California. I could ship her there but then I would have to find another raiding equipped Swallow in the UK.
Does anyone know of one for sale on the US West Coast, or indeed anywhere in the US?
I would prefer a later one with the vertical rudder design. I am willing to change to fibreglass (Pippin is wood).
I like the yawl gunter rig but would consider the taller carbon main rig as well.
Any leads?
