I just called them to make my payment (they can take credit/debit cards over the phone) and I was told that I'm the first one.

Graham

Hopefully the others will want to get the group savings on offer and pay the launch fees before the end of this week 14/3/14. Please remember that the Whitwell water sports centre is closed Tue/Wed this week.

Discount of over 25 % agreed with water sports centre for our Swallow Boats get together.
To get your discounted deal you must ring the centre, tell them you’re attending the Swallow Boats 26/27th April meeting and pay your fees which are as follows:

Sat and Sun launch fees inclusive £19.50
Camping fees £9.00 per night.

These must be paid by the 14th of March to get our group discount.

The water sports number is 01780 460154

This includes your parking fees of £5.00 per day charged by Anglian Waters, take a ticket at the automatic barrier and hand it to a member of staff within the water sports centre and they will validate it for the duration of the event so you can come and go as you please.

Dear Peter

with many apologies for late decision making, would it be possible to squeeze one more BR20 into proceedings? I would plan to arrive Sat am, and stay overnight on board. Happy to add one more to dinner if that is possible at this stage.

If the answer is no to either quite understand, equally that discounts no longer apply.

Best wishes

Bill Rollo

Bill

You will be most welcome, will reserve another place for you at the dinner.
Please call the watersports centre number on 01780 460154 and tell them you would like to pre-register for the Swallow Boats gathering and they will hopefully charge you the reduced rate.

If you could let me know your meal choices from the menus i have posted that would be good.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Probably best to assume I'm not going to make it to this one, Peter.
Have to do some work on the boat before I can go on any jaunts.

Hi Peter,

I'll be at Rutland on Saturday, sadly without Vagabond but with the Owners Agent.

I know it's a bit late but is there any chance of us being squeezed in to the bash in the evening?

Regards

Sadly my plans to finish Emily were derailed by a redundancy, new job and house move.

We won't by joining you this weekend, but I hope to be on the water later this year.

Have a great weekend.

Regards,

Anthony
